Yeşim Karapunar Kaya graduated from Sakarya University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration, in 2010 and completed the Department of Justice at Anadolu University in 2018, further enhancing her knowledge and competence in the field of law.

Since 2012, she has been working at Akalp Law Office, handling litigation follow-up, enforcement proceedings, contract drafting, correspondence with official authorities, and coordination of legal processes.
